Known as the “Place for Business,” Schaumburg, Illinois, also boasts a thriving cultural scene that includes the famous Chicago Athenaeum. The museum offers a unique collection of industrial design, graphics, and architectural elements, all in an effort to highlight what makes good design. The Prairie Center for the Arts is the center for art in Schaumburg, as well as for a number of northern Chicago suburbs.
